Our Rates Explained

Hourly Rates

8am to 6pm Mon to Fri:

£55 per hour. Minimum 1 hour and half hourly charges thereafter.

All other times:

£85 per hour. Minimum 1 hour and half hourly charges thereafter.

Call-out Charges

There are none, simple as that! Nor do we include time travelling to the job in the first hour’s charges. Our time starts from when we arrive at your door.

Parts

Parts and materials supplied by us are charged at trade price plus 15%. Reasonable time spent obtaining parts that aren’t ordinarily kept in stock will be included in the hourly rate.

Guide Times

An approximate guide to how long some of the more common plumbing jobs take. No job is ever quite the same as the one before, and whilst some can be carried out quicker, others can uncover problems that take longer to deal with.

Blockages

• Sink: 1 hour
• WC: 1 hour

Installations

• Outside Tap: 2 hours
• Kitchen Sink: 2 to 3 hours

Replacements

• Basins: 2 hours
• Dishwashers and Washing Machines: 1 hour
• Power Shower: 2 hours
• Radiators: 2 hours
• WCs: 2 hours

Repairs

• Leaking Taps: 1 hour
• Overflowing Water Tank / WC Cistern: 1 hour
• Leaking Sink Waste: 1 hour
